We are sorry for the delay in responding to you as well as for the outage you were experiencing. One of our DataCenters was impacted by an unplanned outage on the morning of March 19, 2023. This outage affected many of our customers data and services as well as our own internal email and phone systems which is why it has been additionally challenging to reach us.

We have had our top technicians working on it with our ISP since yesterday, continuing throughout the night and into this
morning. Things are finally beginning to return to normal so you should see your services becoming available
again.

Fortunately, there’s no risk of malware, lost data, or stolen information with this outage, it will just take some time for the services to catch up with the backlog of data that is queued to run through.

We are continuing to investigate the exact cause of the outage with our ISP and we will be sure to report any important updates as they become available.
